My Story
I'm Chris Gunn — and I've spent +25 years figuring out what makes teams actually work.
Not just function. Actually work — where people are clear on the goal, trust each other, and show up energized instead of exhausted.
I started as a Project Manager, leading large-scale initiatives at places like Pillsbury, General Mills, and Target. Over time, I found my way to Agile — and I never looked back. For the last decade, I've been a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, guiding teams through transformation at Optum, RSM, and Wells Fargo.
I'm known as an idea guy. At Wells Fargo, I worked with a sharp group of Scrum Masters to design a suite of Agile dashboard gadgets that turned raw data into real insight — tools that helped teams and leaders make smarter decisions, faster.
My leadership philosophy? Simple: Do the right thing. Always do your best. And care deeply about the people you work with.
